中法文化论坛创办于2016年，已先后在中国北京、法国里昂、中国西安、法国尼斯、中国苏州、法国多维尔等地举办。今年是中法两国建交60周年，本届论坛以“文明传承与创新：甲子同行合作发展”为主题，为期3天，举行开幕式、主旨演讲、平行论坛、市长圆桌对话、艺术展览、文艺演出、文化体验活动等一系列交流活动。
